CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Seaside Spa team-and are reserved especially for you! We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

 

Please understand that when you forget to cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

Any appointment missed, cancelled, re-scheduled or changed WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTICE: will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.  A 15 min. grace period is given for a LATE arrival which will shorten your service by the same & after 15 min, your appointment is treated as a missed appointment.
